Fifth grade teacher Pam Muncey found a recipe on a British website all about pea shoots. Her students loved it!
Nadean Curtiss, School Farm Curriculum Coordinator, modified the recipe for American measurements and added more garlic. She made tons of it with the students. At the recent Earth Day celebration, Lyn Kiernan from WIN added spinach, kale, parsley, and other greens for additional deliciousness. Be creative!
