Elementary School fundraiser for Earth Day – time to plant!

Spring is finally here and it’s time to plant! To celebrate Earth Day we’re having a plant sale in support of the Elementary School and the School Farm. Start your garden with these starts!

  • Red Sails lettuce
  • Red-tipped Deer Tongue lettuce (seed grown by LMS)
  • Parris Island Romaine lettuce
  • Dwarf Scotch Curly kale
  • Brokali (cross of kale and broccoli)
  • Sungold cherry tomatoes

We are selling 2 inch pots with one plant each. $2.00 each. The varieties are all favorites with the students kale start_3186at the School Farm, and the children are helping to grow them and pot them up.

The lettuce, kale and brokali starts will be ready on Earth Day, April 22nd.
The Sungold tomatoes will be ready for delivery in May.
